Is there any indication in this report of heart failure? Please explain? - superior renal cyst

The pericardium adheres to the surface of the heart. The 402 grams, has a heart so gentle epicardium, with the normal amount of subepicardial fat. The external configuration of the heart is enlarged and slightly hypertrophied moderately. Right from 0.25 cm to 0.55 cm thick enough ventricle. The wall of the left ventricle is free 1.0 cm thick. The septum is 1.7 cm thick. The diameters of the left and right ventricle have been 4.0 cm and 3.7 cm. The extent of the aorta, mitral, pulmonary and tricuspid who are 6,3, 11, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. cm. The endocardium along the left and right ventricle is thickened. The leaflets are thickened and slightly depressed. The tips of the aortic valve are somewhat inflexible. The valves of the heart valves and the remaining cusps are soft and transparent and free from
Anomalies. No vegetations or abnormalities observed. Fleshy beams and papillary muscles were slightly hypertrophied. Chordates are normal tendon.

Law andLeft coronary artery ostia are patent. The right coronary artery ostium was partially reduced by a plate. The right and left coronary arteries are medium sized, with a dominant right coronary artery and are mild to moderately involved with atherosclerotic plaques. The heart muscle is red-brown striped fibrosis discrete white. The front wall of the left ventricle is a little thin. The heart muscle is homogeneous with a regular consistency.

Atherosclerotic plaques has aworta multifocal moderate to severe. Holes celiawc trunk, superior mesenteric artery and inferior mesenteric artery is patent. The opening of the ostium of the left kidney was 80% of Red atheroma blocked.

Cauac veins are normal.

Sounds like an autopsy report. There is some evidence of coronary heart disease, but nothing fatal. A large flap slightly sclerotic (probably not close at all well), does not, however, require surgery or other interventions. This person was probably not high cholesterol treated well.

The report notes that "enlarges the heart and widen slightly hypertrophied moderate, indicating that there signs of mild heart failure. It does not hypertrophy greater than we believe in the tradition of systolic heart failure. It's a different kind of heart failure - diastolic dysfunction - not necessarily apparent at autopsy. It can be fatal.
