Call IBM Human Resources and explain their project and why. Maybe they have information that we share with you.

They did not speak on an IBM employee to find out what is good or bad about the work and the position of points in a SWOT matrix.

First, it means SWOT strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks.
This type of analysis is simple to use with the brain and the interpretation of a lot of things subjectively. You need to log on to the IBM Web site of companies and find a copy of its annual report. This should provide some information (bearing in mind that IBM has written what may be biased).
Check out the websites of financing, such as Yahoo Finance and see what they say about IBM in that country. If the market share? IBM launches new products, entering new markets? It is the market that use the change to? Who are your main competitors? How your competitors' impact on them? Are there any new laws come through, which will help / hinder IBM? Do you have a good reputation?
All of these types of questions will help you understand more of IBM.
Performing a SWOT analysis is usually part of a comprehensive review of the situation of the company, as such, are two types of analysis commonly used to guide the search for information or questions about evidence. They are--

Maja (urination or other of these letters). This means that you should take into account the possible impact on an IBM;
Political meaning
Economic --
Sociological
Technology
Legal
Environment

You can see that in these areas help to answer some questions.
The 2nd Tool is used, sometimes has to push, by a "C" at the end. There is no such thing as Porter's 5 forces analysis of competition, the power relationships with IBM with several other parties treated. The focus on the IBM account, 1 utility, 2-purchasing power should, 3 - the industry rivalry, 4 - Threat of substitutes, 5 - barriers to entry.

Go through these methods must be well informed about how IBM and its industry (s). You should be able to speak, much more trust in the company and its competitive position.

For technical information on the Web. scholar.google.com may still be useful, you can also complete and a SWOT analysis.
